Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order prior to it being dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible via telephone on 01254 377733, we are available Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm. We request you contact us as soon as possible so that we can prevent the dispatch of your order from our warehouse, as once the order has been dispatched you will have to request a return instead of a cancellation.
30 day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you wish to return the item you can do so within 14 days of the purchase date. You can request a return by contacting us on 01254 377733, through the eBay messaging system, via email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to return your item due to a fault or having received the incorrect item, we will pay for your return postal charges. You can either request a returns label from us by contacting us. Please note we will require a description of the fault or pictures as proof of the item being faulty before we can issue a free returns label. When returning faulty or incorrect items please advise if you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
Item no longer required or ordered incorrectly
If for some reason you change your mind or have ordered the wrong item, you are welcome to return the item to us and we shall issue a refund or exchange. You can return the item to us at the address below - please include details of the original order and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
Returns / Exchanges in Person
You are welcome to return items falling under the above categories and within 14 days of the purchase date by visiting us at our address below. We do request however that you contact us before hand to arrange this.
Once the item is received back, items are inspected and refunds are issued within 48 hours to the original payment method used to place the order.
Refunds on items sold as part of a special offer
If you return only part of an order, the amount of the refund will be calculated to reflect the validity of any offers had the returned item not been ordered. If your order contained a free item, this must also be returned in order to obtain a refund.
Items received back in a non-saleable condition
We kindly request you to return items to us in the same condition in which they were received, and in the original packaging. Any items which are not received in a saleable condition, and not in the original packaging will not be refunded. If this is the case, we will contact you to ask whether you would like us to ship the item back to you or you would like us to dispose of it.
